Buybyon Return and Refund Policy
At BuyByOn, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Perishable goods such as snacks and drinks can only be returned if they arrive damaged or are expired.
Non-returnable Items:
Perishable items (snacks and drinks) unless damaged or expired upon arrival.
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products.
Some health and personal care items.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service at info@buybyon.co.uk
Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@buybyon.co.uk with details of the issue.
4. Shipping
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
